The Melody App is not a royalty-free service. Users must include the creator’s info on any credits and/or publishing related to the use of these melodies.
The simple terms are as follows:
- YOU keep the full amount of any advance received from a placement of a melody
- Melody Producer is entitled to 10% publishing
- Melody Producer is entitled to an official writing credit on all DSPs
